Return Eligibility:
- Must be approved by Haute Mahjong before being sent back.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging and shrink wrap.
- Include all original packaging, inserts, accessories and components
- Be returned within the timeframe provided by our customer service team
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
Shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, and defective item. In those cases, Haute Mahjong will cover reasonable return shipping expenses.

Please note that slight variations, minor scratches, or markings may naturally occur during the tumbling and production process and are not considered defects. These characteristics can be more visible on darker tiles and are considered part of the material and finish.
If an item is determined to have a true manufacturing flaw, we will gladly work with you to find a resolution, including a replacement or exchange when available.

Some Haute Mahjong products may be offered as preorders. Preorder items are produced in limited quantities and are reserved exclusively for customers who purchased during the preorder window.
Please note that preorder timelines are estimated and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays outside of our control. If any significant delays occur, we will make sure to keep you updated.
Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items in the order are available unless otherwise stated.

Mats may be stored rolled or flat.
Yes. Any slight curling or creasing will naturally relax once the mat is laid flat.
