All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, tile artwork, illustrations, logos, graphics, photographs, packaging, branding, product names, text, videos, marketing materials, and other proprietary content, is the exclusive property of Haute Mahjong and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, published, displayed, reverse engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Haute Mahjong.
The purchase of a Haute Mahjong product does not grant any right or license to reproduce, manufacture, imitate, or commercially exploit any Haute Mahjong designs or intellectual property.
Photography, Content & Commercial Use
All product photography, lifestyle imagery, videos, graphics, marketing materials, website content, and social media content created by or for Haute Mahjong are the exclusive property of Haute Mahjong.
Use, reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, or commercial exploitation of any Haute Mahjong content, product designs, artwork, branding, or intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Product Information & Availability
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Haute Mahjong reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit quantities of, or refuse the sale of any product at our sole discretion.
Product Representation
We make every effort to accurately display our products, colors, finishes, and details. However, variations in monitor settings, screen displays, lighting conditions, photography, and manufacturing processes may result in slight differences between website images and the product received.

Product Variations, Materials & Craftsmanship
Our products are crafted from acrylic, fabric, and other specialty materials and are produced using highly customized manufacturing processes. As a result, slight variations in color, finish, texture, engraving, alignment, and other cosmetic details may occur and are considered normal characteristics of the product, not defects.
Each Haute Mahjong tile features multi-layer custom acrylic construction with Pantone-matched colors, engraved details, and UV printing. While every effort is made to ensure consistency across production runs, slight variations between batches may occur. Additionally, colors may appear differently depending on individual screen settings, device displays, and lighting conditions.
Our tiles are produced using a specialized manufacturing process designed to achieve exceptional durability, precise detailing, and consistent color reproduction. Due to the nature of acrylic production, polishing, tumbling, assembly, and finishing, minor cosmetic variations are unavoidable.
For acrylic mahjong tiles, subtle surface marks, hairline scratches, polishing marks, or slight imperfections may be present and may be more noticeable on darker colors, metallic finishes, or glossy surfaces. These cosmetic characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process, do not impact the quality, durability, or functionality of the product, and are not considered defects or grounds for return, refund, exchange, or replacement.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these inherent characteristics of handcrafted and custom-manufactured products. We reserve the right to determine whether a reported issue constitutes a manufacturing defect or a normal variation of the production process.
To preserve the quality of your products:
- Store mats rolled or flat
- Spot clean velvet bags only
- Clean tiles gently with a damp microfiber cloth
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Haute Mahjong reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale activity, inventory discrepancies, or violations of these Terms.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Pre-Orders
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that any estimated production, shipping, or delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to change.
Manufacturing schedules, freight transit times, customs inspections, weather events, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control may impact delivery timelines. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation, or damages unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Product Care & Use
Customers are responsible for the proper care and handling of all Haute Mahjong products.
To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your tiles and accessories:
- Store products in a cool, dry environment
- Clean tiles gently with a microfiber cloth
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, or harsh chemicals
- Handle products with reasonable care during transportation and gameplay
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, modification, or normal wear and tear is not covered under our return or replacement policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haute Mahjong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, use, inability to use, or performance of our products or website.
In all circumstances, Haute Mahjong's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure
Haute Mahjong shall not be held responsible for any delay, failure, or interruption in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, manufacturing delays, material shortages, customs inspections, freight disruptions, government actions, pandemics, utility outages, or carrier delays.
Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, shipping carriers, or other services. Haute Mahjong is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or performance of any third-party provider.
Wholesale & Unauthorized Resale
Haute Mahjong products may not be resold, distributed, or offered through retail stores, third-party marketplaces, online platforms, or commercial channels without prior written authorization from Haute Mahjong.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
