Shipping policy

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing in addition to shipping transit time. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.

Haute Mahjong is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Haute Mahjong is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with neighbors or your local post office. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, we will always do our best to work with you to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
